Ayurveda Overview

Ayurveda classifies bodily dispositions into three Shareerika Doshas- Vata, Pitta, and Kapha and mansika gunas- Satva, Rajas, Tamas whose balanced interplay ensures good health. Diseases arise from imbalances of these entities.

To achieve comprehensive healing, our treatments and therapies prioritize lifestyle and dietary adjustments. Eating foods that either aggravate or pacify your body's Doshas can significantly impact your health
